It's only been a few days, but I have high expectations for results. Even helping with lymph drainage is worth it. If I can get a better workout too, then even better!

My husband got me this for my 76th birthday. I’m really enjoying pain relief and increased mobility. It also helps the neuropathy in my feet and legs. I’m hoping it will improve my bone density.

After using the Waver plate the first day, I had to use the bathroom twice during the night, which never happens. I also had to use it when I got up in the morning.
