Just received my life pro waver and both my husband and I tried it out. We’re looking forward to doing and learning more about our new waver.

I just got it and I did a simple workout on it and I had no hip or knee pain whatsoever! I started slowly and only had it on the lowest setting, but it was amazing and the workout was challenging, Yet fun!

A wonderful product to add to my fitness routine and the health benefits (lymphatic and bone density) that will improve over long term usage.

Love this vibration plate. I did a lot of research and this was the most recommended one for lymphatic drainage
