We bought this for our child who is in lots of therapy for brain injury. Therapists recommended getting one for recovery. It is amazing. I recomend this brand to all.

I have just started using the Waver Plate. It the best 15 minutes that makes you feel like you have had a workout. I even use the just for my legs while watching TV at night after a long day of work.
