I received this vibration plate as a Christmas gift, and it has been fantastic so far! Every use is both beneficial and enjoyable. It is easy to operate, and I appreciate the variety of preset modes along with the manual option.

I was so pleasantly surprised by my first workout which I followed using the getting started guide. It was easy to follow and immensely benefited my circulation. I am so pleased. This was invigorating. I have some nerve damage to my left foot and it already feels better. Thanks you!

Love the preprogrammed workouts and how easy it is to just hop on and use it for 15 minutes. Definitely my most used piece of equipment in my home gym!
