Just received the Waveplate and I love it. I can feel the difference in my workouts when using the wave plate. My core and legs feel invigorated when I am done with my workout.

Absolutely love my plate. Bought one for my parents for Christmas because they love it when they come to visit. It helps so much with regulating my nervous system and creating better circulation in my joints.
