I have used my daughter’s Waver for 5 days, and I have already observed increased balance, less arthritic pain, and better sleeping, so I ordered one for myself.

Mechanically the item seems quiet and sturdy but the rubber surface on which you stand is warped and does not always lay flat.

It makes your body feel energized and loosens up stiff joints. Hoping that it will help to strengthen lower body.
