This vibration plate is what I was hoping for. It is a large enough size to do squats and I love being able to do the 3 different intensities by switching my stance

This was a Christmas gift from my son! Just getting started and I love it! I’m 78 years young and wanted something different other than walking for my overall health. This is going to be used and enjoyed regularly!

I received this vibration plate as a gift from my husband and I’m enjoying it! It seems to help with my low back pain.
