After reviewing all the safety instructions I see that I should not be using this device (per my physicians advice) because I am type2 diabetic among other conditions. Wish I knew more about the medical before purchasing so have to return the device.

Feels great on the legs!

I have used vibration plates before. This is much quieter and does not bounce as much getting on and off. Looking forward to using after work.
