I absolutely love this! I was skeptical at first but I've noticed that I have alot more energy since I've been using and my lower back pain is gone. It has helped me with my stretching too.

I love this vibration plate and definitely feel the benefits. Unfortunately, less than a year in, it’s making crazy noises so I’ll see how that warranty works out! Would buy again either way!!
