I received the LifePro vibration board as a Christmas gift and have been using it regularly. It’s easy to use, feels sturdy, and adds a nice boost to my daily routine. I like how compact it is and how quickly it helps wake up my muscles. Overall, a great gift and a solid addition to at-home workouts.

Wow, I’m very impressed. I’ve only been using this for a couple weeks getting familiar with the features and balance but boy to I feel it in my core!!! I’m excited to expand on the exercise ideas!
