It is much more sturdy than I anticipated! Just started slowly with it - I have 2 knee replacements -was not aware that may be a concern, so I am carefull.

The Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate is an absolute game-changer for home workouts, delivering powerful oscillating vibrations that activate muscles, improve circulation, and support lymphatic drainage in just minutes a day. With 99 adjustable speeds, a user-friendly remote, and included resistance bands, it offers versatile, low-impact exercises that make toning and recovery feel effortless and invigorating. I love how compact and quiet it is, providing noticeable relief from muscle tension and stiffness while boosting overall wellness—highly recommend for anyone seeking effective, convenient fitness!
