I love my vibration plate. I use it in the morning and evening. I helps me wake up and give me recovery at the end of the day. Looking forward to the longterm results.

New Journey, so far so good!

Just started using my Waver. Had foot and ankle reconstructive surgery 1 year ago. Still have inflammation pain especially on cold days. In 4 days the ankle pain has decreased a lot! Can't wait to give it consistent use for my back pain, and more inflammation. My husband and son are going to love it for their health too, if I can get off it long enough to share!
