I’ve had the LifePro Vibration Plate for about a week and so far it’s been a good experience. I’m enjoying the product and it’s working well. Easy to operate and I really like the remote.

I received my waver plate on Monday this week. I have used it now three days in a row for 10 minutes on level 1. I can see how it might be addictive. I’m looking forward to trying some other movements besides just standing!
