After reviewing all the safety instructions I see that I should not be using this device (per my physicians advice) because I am type2 diabetic among other conditions. Wish I knew more about the medical before purchasing so have to return the device.

I have been looking at the vibration platforms for a while but wouldn't spend the $$. My husband surprised me with one for Christmas!! I am so excited. So far, it is working amazingly!!
