It came with easy instructions. It’s heavy glad it has safety suctions so it grins tight to the floor! Love the remove so I can control the settings when I’m on the plate!!!

I opened it up right away. And I actually did notice it working really well in my legs and stomach area. Which was where I need the most help anyways. That was just speed 1. Excited to keep at it.

Had knee replacement 6 months ago. Having problems when get up in mornings of be stiff. Only had it 4 days, stiffness so far is gone. Been using in the evenings. So far so good. Can’t wait to see what it will do for my balance.
