I was skeptical after my wife got one, however- after I tried it?It was like getting a fully body massage in 10 minutes! It warms up the muscles and releases so much tension! I was blown away and now I’ll never go another day without getting on it⚡️

I'm 77 and a bit slow figuring this out. I do feel increased circulation in my legs and look forward each day to this new exercise. So far I have just been doing sitting stuff.
