I’ve only been using it for a day, but I am really enjoying it. I tried a variety of exercise exercises and just standing on it and it definitely gets my blood flowing.

Extremely impressed with this vibration plate. It's powerful, easy to use and the various speed settings make it useful whether I want a gentle session or intense workout. Noticed better circulation and improved muscle engagement.
