So far it's nice and relaxing. I've only used it on low for 3 days now. Hopefully I will notice what it's going to do for me as I use it daily. It arrived quickly and it's a nice machine.

Great plate but power cord is a problem

I’m enjoying the vibrations plate and love that there are tons of videos on YouTube for exercises. But I’m only used it a handful of times and the power cord keeps disconnecting.

First I will post more after using a few weeks. Now, as a senior, I was worried about moving the Waver around by myself. Turns out there is a 6" roller on the left underside and a handhold on the right. Did not see in the lit or pictures but very grateful. Diane

Only had a week so can’t speak to long term benefits but using as hip recovery after walking 11-12 miles per day on walkpad under desk at work and feeling much better.
