Just received the Waver vibration plate, set it up, and started using it while sitting on a chair as recommended for a first time use.

Works well. The rubber mat on top was not installed properly and is raised up a bit already near the controls even before being used. May require me to contact the company.

Wave Vibration Plate

I’ve been using it for a week. Getting used to everything but really liking it. My dog totally hates it. When you change time, speed, etc., has a very loud beep sound that my dog does not like. When I’m finished using it I find my dog hiding. ☹️

Can’t get the power cord inserted

I don’t know if I’m not strong enough (53 yo female should be!) or my unit is defective. I can’t get the power cord to click as the instructions note. The cord seems firmly attached but no power.

I been using it for about 2 weeks and so far I love it.. I feel great..
I use it 15 mins a day and I feel relieved from tension ..
