I absolutely love my LifePro Vibration Plate! It was easy to set up and simple to use right out of the box. I use it every day.
The quality is excellent, it’s sturdy, and it runs quietly. It’s been a fantastic investment for my health and wellness!

It is a great addition to my household, and my son lives it. We opened it while he was visiting, and he said he'd might purchased one (he's very active, goes to the gun all the time).

I had another brand I started with and upgraded to the Waver vibration plate. Its quality is so much better. It’s definitely helping with circulation and is so quick and easy to do!

Have had the motion plate for about a week now. I suffer from Naropathy RA and osteoarthritis in my knees. Have used the plate every other day so far, no irritation to my issues
