I love my vibration plate. I used to use one at the gym no longer have my gym membership. This allows me to do it in my home relaxes me after a long day at work so far I’m on level six.

Just got my Waver yesterday, already noticing improvement in neuropathy in feet which is caused by bad circulation in my legs. Power cord does not stay connected very well tho
