I am obsessed with my vibration plate from LifePro. Just a few minutes on this thing and you can feel your muscles firing in ways they normally wouldn’t. It’s amazing for activating your core, improving circulation, and even helping with recovery after workouts. Super easy to use, compact enough to keep at home, and surprisingly powerful.
