New obsession!

I am getting great use of my new vibration plate!
From performing lymphatic drainage to dynamic workouts independently or those offered by trainers on the LifePro dashboard, all complete within 15 minutes! I’m also following a cellulite reduction tutorial using a lower vibration while sitting on the plate. I’ve recommended to friends & family. Great at home workout companion & FSA eligible! Can’t recommend it enough!

Best birthday gift ever!

The only problem with my Waver Plate is that I never want to get off of it! I use it after my workouts so have not had any aches or pains for the next day. I get on it when I am stressed and find that it is really a soothing experience. I also get on it when I want to just get in a quick workout with added benefit. My daughter in law has one and I tried it there and immediately bought my own. I love it!!!

Love the addition of this to my workout routine. It is easy to jump on the waver after some workouts and use to keep my body moving as well as to help with fluid retention.
