I am using this everyday! It is quite almost silent. I can watch tv and not bother anyone. I can’t tell any difference in my body but I feel like I am doing something for my health.

I recently purchased a vibration plate to help with my osteoporosis. You can do so many things on it different exercises, different workouts. I feel more flexible and energetic. A wonderful product would recommend one.
