I’ve had my vibrating plate for almost two weeks. I love how easy it is to use. Delivery was quick. Since I’ve been using it, I notice less body stiffness, my sciatic pain has lessened. My whole body feels more energy. I use it 15 minutes twice a day. Great investment!
