Perfect Solution

I am a 67 year old female with mobility issues due to bad knees. My surgeon would not perform knee replacement until I lost weight. Despite taking a glp1 I was not losing weight. I was told to exercise, but because of my knees I was limited to only an upper body workout. This vibration plate has been my solution to assist my lower body. I am already walking better and longer. The swelling in my feet, ankles and calves is gone!! It has been a Godsend!

I don't have much to say about this product since I have just started using it. It came quickly. Easy to set up. Seems great. Even just of the first setting it was really vibrating.
