This device is great for me. I am a breast cancer survivor with two lymph nodes removed ; therefore this vibration plate is perfect for lymphatic drainage for me.

Since my husband passed, I have not returned to the gym. I have not even gone for walks because of the cold winter we had. I tried it last night and this morning and I cannot believe how much I activated my muscles. It is easy to use and my balance has already improved!
