I have used my new Waver Vibration plate 4 times in the last 5 days and I am very impressed. I'm a 74 year old man and have numerous issues with my right ankle and a noticeable decrease in circulation on both ankles and feet. I have already noticed a substantial increase in circulation with visible results in my lower legs, ankles and feet. My balance has improved and so has my overall skin tone and quality of my bowel movements. After a 15 minute session my legs feel alive and energized! Can't wait to see what 5 weeks does!

This has been very supportive for my chronic pain and recovery. It's helpful when I add yoga to it. Just love it. The reason I gave 4 is because sometimes the cord doesn't work

Vibration plate

I recently purchased this vibration plate to accomodate the poor circulation in my legs due to lymphodema. After one week of using it 3X / day My legs do not feel as heavy and painful as they did prior to the use of the plate. I am very satisfied with the initial results and am looking forward to increased success as time goes on.
