Great vibration

The Waver delivers great vibration and movement, even better than the Total body machine at Planet Fitness.
My only disappointment with it, are the resistance straps that hook onto the waver. They offer little to no resistance! And they are too long.

Great vibration

The Waver provides more vibration and movement than the Total Body machine at Planet Fitness. Pretty impressive.

Beneficial tool in my exercise routine

I’ve had my LifePro vibration plate for a few months now and am very pleased with it. While opinions are mixed on the exact health benefits of vibration plates, I figure it certainly can’t hurt-and if there are positive effects, then that’s a win. It’s incredibly easy to hop on for a few minutes once or twice a day a few times a week. At the very least, I feel it helps improve circulation, and the convenience makes it easy to stick with.
