Excited for a better me

After researching the hype on vibration plates, I decided to give the Lifepro Waver a try. I know that I should go to the gym, but something always seems to get in the way. The vibration plate is step one for me to get started. I really like that there is a chart to help me discover the different ways to use it and increase my flexibility, energy and more.
It arrived early and was very easy to set up and start using. I'm excited to see where this takes me.

So far it's great! Lots of tingling, on the first session. Better after 1 week. Less.hip pain, better skeep! Will review after more sessions!
