Just recently received the Waver and starting out as a beginner. I can feel the increased blood flow in my legs within about 3 mins. I can't advise on long term, but excited to feel better and healthier.

I received this as a gift from my daughter. I'm so pleased. I was using a vibration plate at a wellness studio as part of a package. It's so nice to have one of my own! It's very sturdy. It works very well. It comes with good instructions and exercise ideas. I like that. It comes with a remote. The colors are attractive. I'm using the machine for multiple things, including lymphatic, drainage and support for bones and osteopenia.

My daughter got one and then I decided I needed some of my body to be better so I got one for mothers day ,we'll let me tell you I had pockets of fluid by my knee and I can see it going down ,I love my vibration plate thank you

I purchased the Wave vibration plate in hopes of some relief from premenopausal symptoms along with preventative health. I based my purchase on the reviews I readand that this was made in the U.S.A.!
