I just purchased the vibration plate today, so I haven’t used it yet. However, it comes with high reviews from my friend, so I’m looking forward to boosting my metabolism and losing some weight.

I got on my Lifepro today and was quite surprised at the process during my 15 minutes. I have pain bending sideways on both sides. I started to gently bend sideways in both directions. Each time I did it, the pain decreased and range of motion increased too!!

I’ve only used the waver 2 times but love how powerful it is. I am custom to using a version from my chiro office for the last year and this definitely compares to the quality. Excited to continue my fitness goals!

We set up our new waver and the fun began. We are beginners and I already felt tension in my back and shoulders relax. I see great fitness and health ahead. This is very exciting for two seniors with various medical condition and pain that has kept us from pursuing maximum fitness!

I've had my LifePro for almost a year. Since I sit at my job most of the day and I have hip pain issues, I thought I'd give it a try. Since day one I use it every single day 2-3 times a day. I feel like my legs finally get some circulation. For me, when I use it, it feels like I'm getting a massage on my legs. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!
