Excellent device

We are an older couple. We lack sleep and exercise. We have memberships at fitness gyms, but are not always able to go. This device helps us with our stiffness, sleep, and pain. I'm glad I found it!

Very impressive with first day. Needed for joint maintenance and rehabilitation. Resistance bands is an excellent add-on. Will update after continued use.
