So far haven’t used it but one time. However my legs are a little sore like I have ran for 15 minutes. Can’t wait to see and feel the difference

I bought the Waver Vibration Plate for my husband and I to use with our chiropractic wellness program. I am 62 and will use the waver to maintain and build strong bones. Looking forward to all of the all of the other benefits too!

I love my waver

I love using the waver, it helps loosen up my stiff joints from arthritis. It also helps warm my muscles up for strength training. I would recommend this for all ages.
