With the weather so cold it’s nice to exercise at home and not have to get out in the weather. My first time trying it I really felt it. I think I’m really going to enjoy this vibration plate. Im glad I bought it.

Easy

Easy set up. Just got it. Used it for the first time today. Day after Thanksgiving. I could really feel it work every part in my body. I started low, since I have had neck surgery a year ago. I had 3 vertibrae removed and I need to lose the 15 pounds I put on over the year. I am hoping this helps

Bought this for my wife's birthday and we've both been using it everyday. Has helped with sleep, have gotten more energy and has encouraged more exercise. A life changer for sure.
