Although I have only owned for a few days, I am excited to see how it hopefully helps to strengthen my legs. I need the help for balance. I have replaced both hips and shoulders along with back surgery, so anything this does should help

Just got it today! I bought my waver to loosen up my muscles in my neck and back. I have osteoarthritis and scoliosis. I also am hoping to tone up my stomach and arms.
