I've only used it twice since I received it, but it's really fun to stand on. I'm going to try to use it at least 5 days a week and exercise while on.

Have barely started using the Waver Vibration Plate, but I like how it feels and will continue to explore!

Plate was boxed really well. Really good size for the price. Plugged in and started my first session. So far I love it!
