My husband and I both use the Waver Life Pro Vibration Plate for fitness, muscle toning and to boost our metabolism, as well as for pain relief and to reduce swelling in our joints. We are both 65 and stay fit as we ride our horses several times a week and take our dog for long walks. However, our 65-year-old joints don't behave as they did when we were in our 40s! Because we intend to continue our equestrian/outdoor lifestyle for many more years, this Vibration Plate will play an integral part in our fitness routine. The Waver Life Pro has been a godsend; we use it several times daily. It was easy to set up and easy to operate. We wholeheartedly recommend this product.
