This is well quality construction and durable. I was replacing another vibration plate and the waver plate is so much better made and I love it. I will get a lot of use from it and will refer my friends.

I use my machine daily for sore feet. My feet feel as if they are on fire a large amount of the time. The vibration seems to give me relief from that for at least a time.
I cannot play pickleball without it!!

Extremely durable piece. Very easy to assemble and get started. Awesome and easy way to get a workout, but also a lot safer. Wish I would have started with one a long time ago.

I just got my waver plate today and I’ve already completed my first session and I’m loving it.
I’m so thrilled to be adding this to my recovery routine as well as my workouts. I am excited to see how it helps with my lymphatic system and how this tool will help manage my pain as well as meet my health goals.

I love this Vibration Plate! I hate to exercise but this makes exercising fun. I am a diabetic and this helps my feet so much.
