It feels soothing.. like being rocked as a baby almost! Awesome for after a long day at work or after eating a big meal or for aches and pains or for calming down after an anxiety/panic attack, this board is more than just exercise equipment.

After two uses, I immediately noticed how it reduced my stiffness and Relieved lower pain.
