Too soon to give an accurate description as far as results(they want a review to register). However, it is easy to use, comes with clear instructions, and many sources on how you can use it. For that I will give it four stars. I can’t give it 5 in good conscience with out having the chance to see results.

Love it I did two 15 minutes and I can definitely feel the difference I didn’t like feeling itchy from the jogging setting but I still can feel my circulation ,muscle my body has a warm sensation.

I just took the vibration plate out of the box and have started using it. We will see what I think and I can add some more information later. It was more difficult to stand on than I had initially expected. It is currently under my desk and I moved it back so I could stand on it. I was unable to stand up with it vibrating from my rolling chair onto the vibration plate.

Really enjoying the waiver vibration plate. Good quality durable great for all ages both my 12-year-old 14-year-old really enjoy spending 15 to 30 minutes a day on it

My first experience with vibration therapy was in a Drs.' Office setting which was very short lived before the 'admin' removed it from my therapy plan. Been wanting one every since and very excited now that I have one to myself. The product is very powerful but also seems very safe and sturdy. Thanks and all the best!
