Loved the description and reviews of the Lifepro waver plate, I have only gotten to try it once. I was impressed. My husband even tried it to help his legs. Very excited to see it change our lives.

So far I feel great using it every other day. I'm getting stronger and I'm losing body fat. I purchased for osteoporosis and I feel the difference in strength in my bones.
