I had the 4D model previously and realized I didn't really need the extra features. So I taded down to the more basic waver vibration plate. It does exactly what I need. It helps me recover from workouts faster, I avoid naps now and use this to relax after work instead, I also use it to feel more energized before work. It helps me reach deeper stretches. I just enjoy it so much.
