The Waver Vibration Plate is just what I wanted. Small enough to leave in a location that I can use it more often. I just started using it but have my hopes up that the next Bone Density test I have is not worse but better. Time will tell..

Just what I've been looking for

This product is easy to use. I can exercise on my time schedule in the privacy of my own home. I have been told I have edema and I have varicose vein issues even after 3 surgeries. I look forward to continuing improved health and weight loss for the rest of my life.
