I passed my original plate to my mom for her neuropathy and she loved it so much she gifted me a new waver plate. Excited to have one back in my home for daily use!

I had heard about vibration plates, but wasn’t sure. Visited a friend who had one, tried it and knew I had to get one. My husband thought I was crazy. Had an issue with his back/leg and the chiropractor told him that they are great. He now uses it regularly and is amazed how well it works
