I am a "mature" young lady who has exercised all my life however getting to the gym lately has been challenging. When I saw this advertised, I knew I had to have it and it is AWESOME! I feel steady and stable on it. Can do squats and balance and it is great!

Shake and Flow!

Love how my body feels afterwards! Blood is circling, fat is shaking (hopefully, away!) and there is immediate relief for my back pain and legs. Will be using it regularly to see further results and looking forward to it!
