I I've this thing 5 out of 5 stars...it's awesome so far. I bought it because I am over 60, have POTS, fibromyalgia, Hashimoto's and osteopenia, so exercising is a must and hard at the same time. I find myself able to change my exercises to fit how I am feeling on those days I am able to exercise. I must say...it's great!

I was at my cousin's home who has one of these and tried it and loved it. So as soon as I returned home I ordered myself one. I've been on it a few times and have started to use some of the exercises in the book that comes along with it. It's helping me develop better balance, and giving me better circulation. I even have a friend who has gotten on it and enjoys it as well. It's just been a week but I have been enjoying it immensely.

I just received the waiver over the weekend, but I think it will help me in the long run.
I have spinal injuries and spend way too much time at the chiropractor. After trying it out for the last 2 days, I already feel less achy and stiff. I'm looking forward to incorporating exercises with it.
