Only just started so I can't speak to long-term benefits, but I know I feel amazing after I use it. My husband had a tweaked back muscle and said that this solved it for him too. It feels like you just had a massage.

I’m so pleased with everything about this product, the appearance, the material quality, so many cycles to choose from, you can start at the level you’re comfortable with, so many different exercises to choose from, and the booklet is very straightforward with exercise instructions. I started as they suggested, 15 minutes to begin and low vibration, I was sore like I had just finished a full circuit at a gym! Which is what I was hoping to feel. It definitely worked every muscle in your body but you don’t notice it until you step off of the plate. I’m 64 years young and i’m Looking forward to using this everyday!
