I bought the Waver Vibration Plate for my husband and I to use with our chiropractic wellness program. I am 62 and will use the waver to maintain and build strong bones. Looking forward to all of the all of the other benefits too!

I love my waver

I love using the waver, it helps loosen up my stiff joints from arthritis. It also helps warm my muscles up for strength training. I would recommend this for all ages.

I have just received my mat this wed and have used it three days. I think this is going to be a great thing for me. I have neuropathy and I can tell a difference already. My legs feel more relaxed.? I am 66 with diabetes and afib and I am so excited to be able to give this a try!
