Lifepro Vibration Plate for Seniors ??

I’m 77 and just began using the Lifepro Vibration Plate. Began with the sitting in a chair position on low speed for 5 minutes. I like the way it made my feet and legs feel and will do another 5 minutes later today. This may be the start of something wonderful for me since I can’t exercise. Thank you Lifepro.
